My brother-in-law, Keith, was a good man, a great Dad, and husband.
He was loved beyond measure by his 3 children, his grandchildren, and his wife, Hazel. The kids adored him both as their Dad and as their teacher. He loved them all. He was everything a man should be, honest, truthful, confident, and with strong principles and values especially when it came to integrity. For Keith, it was about doing the right thing even though it may hurt.
He had not been in the best of health for some time but he always put a brave face on things. Last Friday, 19th February Keith tested positive to Covid 19 and Monday morning we received the sad news that it had claimed his life. He will be greatly missed but his legacy will live on through his family and his friends.
It would be easy to be lulled into a false sense of security about this disease, but the fact is that it is not over. There are many months if not years to go before it has run its course. Please take care of yourselves, get your inoculations, take all the precautions that are advised and stay alert.
